OSD was established in 1998 by pipeline engineer Brian O’Sullivan.
Starting from a small office in Brisbane, OSD expanded operations geographically and vertically within the pipeline sector to become a dedicated pipeline services provider.
Today, OSD maintains a team of highly skilled engineering based pipeline services personnel delivering pipeline projects transporting oil, natural gas, slurry, water, carbon dioxide, LPG, ethane, multi-products, shale oil, coal seam gas, and hydrogen.
Through offices in Australia, New Zealand and Chile, OSD executes projects and provides assets services and training around the globe.
